We make it simple to add clients to your list, change the order of clients, and send SMS or email messages to clients directly through the list.
Carepatron does not offer a waitlist feature, so if you want to keep track of your waitlist, you’ll have to maintain it separately outside the platform.

Power Diary’s online forms help practitioners worldwide streamline their business administration. That’s because our forms are easy to set up, they can be used to request signatures, forms can be sent by SMS, client responses are automatically saved and added to their record, and practitioners receive a notification when forms are submitted (with the option to notify other team members, too!).

Comprehensive Invoicing Features
Power Diary’s invoicing function is designed to streamline your administration and reduce time spent chasing payments. Practitioners can resend or recreate invoices to follow up on outstanding payments, create invoices with multiple clients, accept full or partial payments, combine multiple invoices into statements, generate aged receivable reports, and spend less time invoicing with automation.
While Carepatron offers invoicing, the functionality is limited compared to Power Diary. Carepatron invoices must be created manually, insurance details can’t be included, there’s no ability to invoice multiple clients to a single organisation, no function to generate statements, and partial payments can’t be applied to invoices (only full payments are allowed). Additionally, Carepatron doesn’t offer the ability to resend or recreate invoices, or to generate aged receivable reports.

In-Platform Practice Operations Manual
When you choose Power Diary, you’re selecting the first (and only!) practice management system that includes an in-platform Practice Operations Manual. The Manual contains over 100 policy and procedure templates written by industry experts with more than 50 years of combined experience. This time-saving feature allows you to edit, delete or archive the existing policies, add external links and upload files- and even add in your own policies.
As soon as your free trial begins, you’ll have access to the Practice Operations Manual. Carepatron doesn’t offer this feature (in fact, no one else does!), so if you don’t already have your policies set, you’ll need to start at square one.
