It’s been another busy month here for the Power Diary Development Team. Some of the larger initiatives we’ve been working on include;
Telehealth Waiting Room
Customers using Telehealth will be pleased to learn that we have now released a waiting-room feature. This means that you’ll now see when clients have joined the session and when you’re ready, you can admin your clients to the session! See more details on setting up and using Telehealth here.
New HTML Editor
Many of you know that we have been working with a new HTML editor – call Froala. We’ve been gradually migrating customers to this and we’re pleased to say that this transition is now complete. After testing several different options, it’s great to have everyone on one consistent edit, which has improved stability and predictability for creating communications.
Medicare Integration Updates
We have several team members working on updates which are mandated by Medicare in Australia. These are not due for some time yet but we would much rather have them ready ahead of time.
New Tyro HealthPoint Integration
Although we started the Tyro integration last year, this was put on hold due to other initiatives which were prioritised to help our customers through the pandemic restrictions. We’ve recently been working on this again and we’re pleased to say that our Tyro HealthPoint integration in Australia is now done and waiting on final approval.
