Medicare Integration Updates

In relation to the essential Medicare Integration updates, we received the official confirmation for passing the Preliminary Testing stage, along with the specific test plan for the final testing stage. This is known as the Integration Testing and itโ€™s booked with an allocated Product Integration Officer from Services Australia. According to Medicare, this phase can take up to 2 months. The deadline for deploying the updated functionality is March 13 2022, so we are well ahead of schedule.

    Improved: Appointment Count Report: include appointments created on the End Date

    Improved: We now include additional columns in Referrers export file

    Fixed: The original file name is used in data exports after changing the file name

    Fixed: There was an issue when clicking on Create Invoice from the Appointment panel, which was giving an โ€œObject not foundโ€ error

    Fixed: There was an inconsistencies in the PDF format when Letters were Saved as Draft and Sent as Attachment

    Fixed: There were some cases where users were logged/timed out inside Power Diary

    Fixed: There were some circumstances where Admin Files were not loading under the Client Profile

    Fixed: There was an Invalid column entry error in Activity Reports -> Payments

    Fixed: Previously Tyro and Tyro Healthpoint Payment Methods were not exported in the Xero Export

    Fixed: The Tyro Healthpoint Report was not displaying the digits after a decimal

    Fixed: The Payment Method was defaulting to the top entry on the Invoice screen, regardless of what was selected prior

    Fixed: Birthday tasks were not being created properly

    Fixed: There was an error which meant that users were unable to remove certain payments from the appointment panel
