Only Power Diary gives you two-way SMS and email conversations with clients, all from within the software. Healthie’s SMS and email capability is limited to automated appointment reminders.
Power Diary also supports bulk SMS and email for communications such as promotions or updating clients about a change of address or operating hours, while this isn’t an option with Healthie.
In addition, Power Diary has an integration with Mailchimp, the world’s largest marketing automation platform. While both Power Diary and Healthie both offer automated appointment reminders, only Power Diary has the ability to automatically update client appointment confirmations directly into your calendar. This feature saves your practice both time and money, reducing the effort that you put into confirming appointments and dealing with the impact of no-shows.
With Healthie, practitioners will receive an email confirmation of a cancellation or rescheduled appointment, but the calendar won’t update automatically.
Robust Invoicing Features
With Power Diary, invoicing is completely integrated – meaning that invoices can automatically include details about services provided, timing, price and other details. Our invoicing features allow practitioners to resend or recreate invoices to follow up on outstanding payments, email invoices, create invoices with multiple clients, combine multiple invoices and streamline invoicing with automation too.
While Healthie offers invoicing, you’ll find that the functionality is limited when compared to Power Diary, and doesn’t include resending or recreating invoices, combining multiple invoices or automated invoicing. Invoices must be created by the practitioner- once a practitioner selects a client, the invoice will partially auto-populate instead of being automatically generated.
Additionally, Healthie invoices can’t be emailed through the software – invoices are only available through Healthie chat or the client portal.
In-Platform Practice Operations Manual
Practice policies and procedures are essential but they can also be time-consuming and expensive to create. Power Diary is the only practice management system with an in-platform Practice Operations Manual, including over 100 policies and procedures developed for you (by industry experts!). You can edit, delete and archive the existing policies- and even add your own policies, add links and upload files.
