Medicare Integration Updates

In relation to the essential Medicare Integration updates, we are continuing with the process of performing Integration Tests with an allocated Product Integration Officer from Services Australia. This testing phase takes a considerable amount of effort and will continue during the whole month of November. Everything is progressing as planned and as the deadline for deploying the updated functionality is March 13 2022, we are well ahead of schedule.

    Fixed: We’ve improved the handling of the {AppointmentAddToCalendar} merge field to reflect the location

    Fixed: We’ve improved the handling of message sending retries after they failed once

    Fixed: There was an issue with dragging an appointment to extend it which prevented clicking on it afterwards

    Fixed: Task Alerts were not generating for some recurring appointments

    Fixed: The {RecipientFirstName} merge field was populating incorrectly when a reminder was sent to Contact

    Fixed: Unique numbers were not being properly generated for Statements and Form Templates

    Fixed: Stripe was not auto-populating credit card details for Third Party payments
