Hey there, Power Diary friends. Danielle here. So the secret is out. We’ve got a new delightful feature live within the Power Diary platform, and that is Collapsible Notes and Collapsible Forms. So you can quickly find that previous note or form within your client’s profile. So let’s jump in, and let me show you how to use it.

Collaps Notes
Okay, so here I am on my client Lucas Hopkins’s record, and I am going to show you how to collapse those notes and collapse those forms. So you go under Records -> Notes, and here you will see all the notes that you have taken. There could be quite a few. So closing all those notes just like that makes it really easy to find a note from the past. And you can simply expand the notes to see them all big, or select one like this and see one at a time. Yes, this will definitely be a delightful feature for all our users. Again, you can use it in both the two-column view or the single one-column view. All right, now, let me show you what this looks like on forms.

Collaps Forms
Head on over to Forms. And again, all the forms go ahead and populate just like that. And you can go ahead and close them all and see all the forms in a much more compressed way.
