Next Generation Program

Supporting Students and Universities

Studying or Teaching a Health Discipline?

Power Diary knows how important real-life experience is on the journey to becoming a fully qualified health practitioner. That’s why we’ve decided to support university teaching clinics by giving them the tools to operate like a professional private practice.

How it Works…

Power Diary is the online practice management system trusted by thousands of health practitioners worldwide.

With the Next Generation Program, university teaching clinics can use Power Diary for FREE for as long as their clinic qualifies.

The idea is that students can learn how to operate a clinic effectively, without spending an inordinate amount of time on administrative tasks (like writing treatment notes). Your clinic’s clients will also have a better experience with the ability to book online, receive appointment reminders and much more.

Power Diary includes everything you need to get your clinic running smoothly…

  • Calendar & Appointment Management
  • SMS & Email Messages (with automated appointment reminders)
  • Client Database
  • Waiting List
  • Customizable Treatment Notes
  • Online Bookings
  • Integrated Invoices & Payments
  • Reports & Analytics
  • Integrates with Xero, Google Calendar, MailChimp, Physitrack & Stripe
  • Works on any device

We include everything in your FREE subscription – you can see our features here for more details. The only thing you’ll pay for is SMS messages if you choose to use them (the pricing on these depends on your country but you can see this here).

You can use Power Diary for very small teaching clinics, or across large, multi-location clinics.

Does Your Teaching Clinic Qualify?

The Next Generation Program is open to all university teaching clinics that specialize in the following disciplines;

The program is only for government recognised and registered universities – you must have a “.edu” or “.ac” domain name. You must be offering free or subsidised services to other students or members of the public where students will be involved in providing the services.

You must agree to acknowledge and link to Power Diary on your clinic’s website or webpage. Something like;
“We run on Power Diary” or just the Power Diary logo will suffice. You also agree to allow Power Diary to mention your institution’s name or logo as a user of Power Diary.

At this time, the Next Generation Program is open to university teaching clinics in; Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom (UK) and The United States of America (USA).
